Perfumer’s Apprentice Caramel Original Concentrate is a gorgeously rich and luxurious caramel, with a toasty maple and brown sugar flavour. This flavour concentrate provides a rich and creamy taste and is one of the best caramel flavours on the market; it provides magnificently soft and velvety texture which makes it good as a stand-alone flavour or as a DIY recipe ingredient. Perfumer’s Apprentice Caramel Original Concentrate makes a good addition to custards, puts the finishing touches to a dessert recipe such as crème caramel, or try adding it to a beverage flavour to add a rich and sweet creaminess. Many of our reviewers have reported that Caramel Original is a potent concentrate, which can easily overpower other flavours.

The Perfumer’s Apprentice (TPA) and The Flavour Apprentice (TFA) are the same company and the products are the same. We only use The Flavour Apprentice name.

There can be noticeable colour differences between different batches of the same flavour. This is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.

Can be used as standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.
