Capella French Vanilla Concentrate provides a rich, creamy and velvety vanilla flavour. This concentrate is a must for adding to custards or cakes and it pairs beautifully with a host of creams (such as Bavarian or Vienna). This is one of my favourite vanilla flavours so far and is a must for your mixing collection. Make a good custard even better by using Capella French Vanilla at a small percentage with the custard base of your choice and you will have a wonderful Vanilla Custard flavour.
