Key Lime reveals itself as a candied lime flavour can be used and paired with other fruits such as Apricot, Banana, Fig, Grapefruit, Guava, Lemon, Lychee, Orange, Mango, Papaya, Passion Fruit, Persimmon, Pineapple, Raspberry and Strawberry. Key lime works particularly well with cooling agents such as menthol, WS-23, WS-3, Koolada and settles well into most recipes without dominating other profiles.
