Perfumer’s Apprentice Sour Concentrate is malic acid in a 20% dilution with propylene glycol and is intended to be used as a flavour enhancer, providing a sour note to recipes. When used with other flavours, this concentrate gives a sour candy effect and can work well to balance out mixes that need less sweetness. Perfumer’s Apprentice Sour Concentrate mixes really well with fruit flavours, brightening them up and adding tartness if required, but be careful to use this concentrate sparingly as a little will go a long way.

The Perfumer’s Apprentice (TPA) and The Flavour Apprentice (TFA) are the same company and the products are the same. We only use The Flavour Apprentice name.

There can be noticeable colour differences between different batches of the same flavour. This is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.

Can be used as standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.

WATER SOLUBLE, PG BASED, SUPER CONCENTRATED FLAVOURING. DILUTE BEFORE USE.
