Perfumer’s Apprentice Smooth Concentrate is a flavour softener, designed to round off harsh edges and create a smoother tasting concentrate. This concentrate is designed to enhance other flavours and is not intended to be used on its own. Perfumer’s Apprentice Smooth Concentrate will round out any flavours which are too strong and provides your mix with a thick, satisfying mouth feel. Perfumer’s Apprentice Sour Concentrate is malic acid in a 20% dilution with propylene glycol and is intended to be used as a flavour enhancer, providing a sour note to recipes. When used with other flavours, this concentrate gives a sour candy effect and can work well to balance out mixes that need less sweetness.
