Super Sweet Capella Concentrate is a highly concentrated sucralose based sweetener. This sweetener should be used sparingly in DIY recipes as a little goes a long way. It works as a perfect flavour enhancer for any sweet or dessert recipe and will brighten up fruit flavours by adding extra sweetness without becoming too sugary. Just a few drops of Capella Super Sweet Concentrate can make all the difference to a recipe as long as you don’t add too much; we would recommend starting at one drop per 10ml and then add more if needed.

There can be noticeable colour differences between different batches of the same flavour. This is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.

 We buy gallon sizes directly from Capella (in the USA) and rebottle them into 10ml, 30ml, 60ml and 100ml bottle sizes here in the UK.

Can be used as standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.
