Capella Kiwi Concentrate gives the authentic and distinct flavour of ripe kiwi fruit, with a delicate and refreshing sweetness. This concentrate does not have much tartness and is only mildly sweet, which perhaps makes it best used as an ingredient rather than as a standalone flavour. Use Capella Kiwi Concentrate in a DIY beverage or dessert recipes; combined with mango, lime, ginger and cream, Capella Kiwi Concentrate makes a deliciously tropical Jamaican fruit salad dessert.

There can be noticeable colour differences between different batches of the same flavour. This is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.

 We buy gallon sizes directly from Capella (in the USA) and rebottle them into 10ml, 30ml, 60ml and 100ml bottle sizes here in the UK.

Can be used as standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.
