Capella Horchata Concentrate gives the rich and creamy taste of the traditional sweet Mexican drink, based on ground rice with a hint of cinnamon. If you are unfamiliar with the taste of Mexican horchata, the best comparison would be to imagine the flavour of a traditional homemade rice pudding, topped with a sprinkling of sugar and cinnamon. Capella Horchata Concentrate has a creamy and fairly light taste, so you may need to increase your flavour percentage with this one. Many users love this concentrate as a standalone flavouring, but if you want to use it in a DIY recipe mix, horchata is complementary to fruit and berry flavours.
