The versatility of this flavour concentrate can be found by substituting the other sweeteners in a DIY recipe with Capella Honey Concentrate in order to add a sweet flavour to a mix. Honey has a rich, pleasant and sweet flavour that that can change everything in a recipe; it works well with dessert and fruit flavours. Honey will add a sweet depth to bakery recipes and is particularly delicious when paired with gingerbread.
