Just like the real thing, you would never use this flavour on its own because it is far too sharp and bitter but as an ingredient for fruit or beverage DIY recipes, Capella Grenadine Concentrate really shines and you may eventually find that you can’t do without its ability to tone down the sweetness and add a slightly bitter kick to your mixes; it is great to have on standby for mixing into odd recipes that need that little something extra. Try adding a touch of Capella Grenadine Concentrate to sweet and fruity liquids to create more bittersweet tastes, or to put the finishing touch to a cocktail flavoured recipe such as a tequila sunrise or a sea breeze.

 We buy gallon sizes directly from Capella (in the USA) and rebottle them into 10ml, 30ml, 60ml and 100ml bottle sizes here in the UK.

Can be used as standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.
