Capella Gingerbread Concentrate provides the distinctively spicy aroma of freshly baked warm gingerbread. The pleasant snappy flavour is strongly reminiscent of a rich, thick and moist Jamaica ginger cake and it also smells beautiful too. Used in a DIY recipe, Capella Gingerbread Concentrate works well with coffee flavours, so why not try a gingerbread latte? Used sparingly, Capella Gingerbread Concentrate can add an extra spicy dimension to flavours. Unfortunately, Capella Gingerbread Concentrate cannot be used to construct a small gingerbread house.

There can be noticeable colour differences between different batches of the same flavour. This is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.

 We buy gallon sizes directly from Capella (in the USA) and rebottle them into 10ml, 30ml, 60ml and 100ml bottle sizes here in the UK.

Can be used as standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.
