Capella Funnel Cake Concentrate gives the authentic taste of the crispy fried sweet snack, popularly eaten at fairgrounds in the USA. Cooked the same way by deep frying, the funnel cake flavour is very similar to that of doughnuts; it has a sweet and delicious bakery dough aroma. This versatile concentrate can be used as a standalone flavour, but is obviously great to use for different varieties of dessert recipes- you could enjoy making raspberry, blueberry or custard funnel cake recipes! This is a lovely mellow and sweet concentrate, which can be used in a multitude of cake or dessert recipes.

 We buy gallon sizes directly from Capella (in the USA) and rebottle them into 10ml, 30ml, 60ml and 100ml bottle sizes here in the UK.

Can be used as standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.
