Capella French Vanilla (V2) Concentrate provides a rich, creamy and velvety vanilla flavour. This concentrate is a must for adding to custards or cakes and it pairs beautifully with a host of creams (such as Bavarian or Vienna). This is one of my favourite vanilla flavours so far and is a must for your mixing collection. Make a good custard even better by using Capella French Vanilla at a small percentage with the custard base of your choice and you will have a wonderful Vanilla Custard flavour. Just a drop of Capella French Vanilla Concentrate will enliven your favourite coffee, beverage or dessert recipes.

There can be noticeable colour differences between different batches of the same flavour. This is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.

 We buy gallon sizes directly from Capella (in the USA) and rebottle them into 10ml, 30ml, 60ml and 100ml bottle sizes here in the UK.

Can be used as standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.
