Capella Dragonfruit Concentrate has the soft, subtle floral flavour of fresh dragon fruit- quite floral tasting, like a mixture of kiwi fruit and pear. This concentrate tastes good on its own for a sweet and deliciously light tropical flavour, but Capella Dragon Fruit Concentrate will also add an exotic character to any fruit or beverage recipe; we recommend trying this blend with other fruits or creamy flavours. Capella Dragonfruit Concentrate works particularly well with strawberry flavourings or, for a truly exotic taste, try mixing Capella Dragonfruit Concentrate together with sweet lychee and pomegranate to create a cocktail of subtle and mysterious fruit flavours.

There can be noticeable colour differences between different batches of the same flavour. This is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.

 We buy gallon sizes directly from Capella (in the USA) and rebottle them into 10ml, 30ml, 60ml and 100ml bottle sizes here in the UK.

Can be used as standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.
