Capella Churro Concentrate gives the aroma of a crispy fried doughnut covered in cinnamon sugar; perfect on its own or mixed with a fruit or chocolate flavour to create your own “dipped” creation. This flavour concentrate balances the deliciously addictive fried flavour of freshly made warm doughnuts with cinnamon and just the right amount of a fresh bakery aroma. This versatile concentrate can be used as a standalone flavour, but is obviously great to use for different varieties of doughnut recipes- you could enjoy making raspberry, blueberry or custard doughnut recipes! This is a lovely mellow and sweet concentrate, which can be used in a multitude of cake or dessert recipes.

There can be noticeable colour differences between different batches of the same flavour. This is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.

 We buy gallon sizes directly from Capella (in the USA) and rebottle them into 10ml, 30ml, 60ml and 100ml bottle sizes here in the UK.

Can be used as standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.
