The Flavour Apprentice, also known as The Flavor Apprentice or TFA, is the food flavouring range from The Perfumer’s Apprentice, an American supplier of raw aromatic materials and flavour concentrates. The Flavor Apprentice was founded in 2009 to supply premium food flavourings to culinary professionals and enthusiasts, with a wide range of profiles for creative recipe development.
The range includes fruit, bakery, dessert, cream, candy, drink-inspired, spice, mint, tobacco, shisha and specialist flavour profiles. These concentrates are suitable for food, beverage and multi-use flavour applications such as cakes, desserts, creams, fillings, sauces, syrups, drinks, confectionery, bakery trials and product development.
