Perfumer’s Apprentice Watermelon Candy Concentrate provides a sweetshop favourite- a refreshingly sweet and tangy watermelon flavour. This is quite a strong flavour with a little bit of a ‘bite’, so you’ll almost certainly need less than 10% for your perfect flavour strength; if you are looking for a softer, subtler watermelon flavour you might want to try Capella’s Double Watermelon. Perfumer’s Apprentice Watermelon Candy Concentrate works well as a stand-alone flavour as it requires very little steeping time and can be used straight after mixing. Used as part of a DIY recipe, this watermelon candy concentrate pairs really well with other fruits for a refreshing summery concentrate.
