Perfumer’s Apprentice Sour Concentrate is malic acid in a 20% dilution with propylene glycol and is intended to be used as a flavour enhancer, providing a sour note to recipes. When used with other flavours, this concentrate gives a sour candy effect and can work well to balance out mixes that need less sweetness.
