Avocado flavoring concentrate formulated from the ground up for
manufacturing and creating DIY recipes.
Surprising smoothness and cream. Green, nutty and fleshy avocado
flavoring. A rich creamy avocado flesh can add dimension to both floral and
nutty recipes alike. Use as a low percentage base up to 3% for a dynamic and
rich non-dairy, non-vanilla type base. If you are getting tired of the same old
custard bases, this and Kinako Soy will give you a new canvas for creating
excellent and distinct profiles.
Usage Rate: 0.50 – 2.00%
There can be noticeable colour differences between different batches of the same flavour. This is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.
Can be used as standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.
WATER SOLUBLE, PG BASED, SUPER CONCENTRATED FLAVOURING. DILUTE BEFORE USE.
