Light and fluffy with a perfect mix of egg and sugar, this is a combination of a soft fluffy inside with the crunchy peaks of meringue heaped onto a crumbly, buttery shortcrust pastry base. Capella Silverline Meringue Flavour Concentrate is good to use as a stand-alone flavour or you could get creative and blend it with other concentrates for a DIY lemon meringue pie, Eton Mess or strawberry pavlova mix.

• This is a concentrated flavouring, it is not to be used without diluting. All Capella flavour concentrates are PG based.
