Perfumer’s Apprentice Wintergreen Concentrate gives the authentic flavour of the aromatic herb, which gives root beer its distinctive taste. This concentrate is a perfect replica of the flavour and is quite strong, so you don’t need a lot of it in your mix and although it is not really suitable as a stand-alone flavour, it will work well in certain mixes.
