Capella Cherry (Wild W/Stevia) Concentrate provides the strong, distinctive flavour and smell of natural fresh cherries. This Capella concentrate is really delightful and will complement so many other flavours, enriching fruit, tobacco, dessert, cream, chocolate and beverage recipes. A simple idea is to add some menthol to recreate the classic taste of those sweets that make you breathe more easily. Use cream, cake batter and chocolate to make a black forest gateau. Capella Cherry (Wild W/Stevia)  Concentrate also blends beautifully with other berry flavours to create aromatic and fruity combinations.

 We buy gallon sizes directly from Capella (in the USA) and rebottle them into 10ml, 30ml, 60ml and 100ml bottle sizes here in the UK.
