Perfumer’s Apprentice Red Licorice Concentrate gives the soft, sweet and fruity flavour of the popular sweetshop treat. Most reviewers are pleasantly surprised by the authentic flavour of this concentrate, because it perfectly reproduces the taste of those soft, red licorice sticks that you find in the penny tray. Perfumer’s Apprentice Red Licorice Concentrate works perfectly as a standalone fruit flavour concentrate, but when combined with other ingredients in a DIY recipe mix, the fruity berry taste of this concentrate makes it a perfect addition to custards, ice creams and confectionery recipes.

The Perfumer’s Apprentice (TPA) and The Flavour Apprentice (TFA) are the same company and the products are the same. We only use The Flavour Apprentice name.

There can be noticeable colour differences between different batches of the same flavour. This is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.

Can be used as standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.
