Perfumer’s Apprentice Pistachio Concentrate faithfully recreates the delicious flavour of smooth, rich and creamy pistachio nuts. This flavour concentrate has such a good pistachio flavour that you can easily use this as a stand-alone, but it is essential to steep this flavour as it really needs a full week to develop properly. Perfumer’s Apprentice Pistachio Concentrate is an extremely versatile ingredient and it will complement bakery, dessert and even tobacco flavours, so it’s definitely one to keep handy in your mixing cupboard. An easy recipe idea is to add it to Vanilla Bean Ice Cream to make a beautifully soft and delicious concentrates.

The Perfumer’s Apprentice (TPA) and The Flavour Apprentice (TFA) are the same company and the products are the same. We only use The Flavour Apprentice name.

There can be noticeable colour differences between different batches of the same flavour. This is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.

Can be used as standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.

WATER SOLUBLE, PG BASED, SUPER CONCENTRATED FLAVOURING. DILUTE BEFORE USE.
