The distinctive smoky fragrance is complemented by the realistic flavour of rich dark and earthy Cuban tobacco. Although it’s impossible to perfectly replicate the taste of something burning, this is probably the closest thing we have found in a concentrate to a real cigar flavour. Perfumer’s Apprentice Sour Concentrate is malic acid in a 20% dilution with propylene glycol and is intended to be used as a flavour enhancer, providing a sour note to recipes. When used with other flavours, this concentrate gives a sour candy effect and can work well to balance out mixes that need less sweetness.
