Perfumer’s Apprentice Banana Concentrate provides a sweet banana flavouring which is very similar to the foam sweets rather than the actual fruit. Use this concentrate as a simple stand-alone flavouring or combine it with other concentrates as an ingredient in an endless range of classic banana recipes. Perfumer’s Apprentice Banana Concentrate is essential for so many desserts, confectionery or milkshakes, such as banoffee cream pie, banana split or bananas and custard.

The Perfumer’s Apprentice (TPA) and The Flavour Apprentice (TFA) are the same company and the products are the same. We only use The Flavour Apprentice name.

There can be noticeable colour differences between different batches of the same flavour. This is a natural result of the flavour manufacturing process.

Can be used as standalone single dimensional flavour or combined with other flavours.

WATER SOLUBLE, PG BASED, SUPER CONCENTRATED FLAVOURING. DILUTE BEFORE USE.
